The ideal candidate will have a P&C License, strong Personal Lines experience, Commercial Lines knowledge, and a proven ability to lead and motivate a team. This person will be responsible for bringing structure, accountability, and a strong sales culture to the office.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the agency team
- Oversee daily office operations and workflows
- Manage and support Personal Lines and Commercial Lines accounts
- Drive new business, cross-selling, and retention
- Establish accountability and improve agency processes
- Handle escalated client and insurance issues
- Work closely with ownership on agency growth
Qualifications
- Active P&C License required
- Strong Personal Lines experience
- Commercial Lines experience preferred
- Previous leadership/management experience
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
