What Youll Do
- Oversee daily office operations and workflow
- Review and maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Assist walk-in customers with professionalism and efficiency
- Support team members with questions, processes, and problem-solving
- Write and service insurance policies as needed
- Help manage and guide team performance
- Contribute to a positive, productive office culture
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and support business growth
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years State Farm agency experience (required)
- Active 440 license (220 preferred)
- Active Life & Health license (required)
- Experience working with multiple insurance carriers
- Proven experience managing or mentoring team members
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment
