Insurance Marketer

At the Larissa L. Luce Agency, we believe that insurance is about more than just policiesit is about the people in our community. We are looking for an outgoing, authentic Insurance Marketer to help us grow our footprint right here in Albuquerque. This isn't your typical desk-bound sales job. Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Develop and execute local outreach strategies to connect our agency with new potential clients.

Represent our brand at local networking events, community gatherings, and business mixers throughout the Albuquerque area.

Build and nurture long-term partnerships with local real estate agents, loan officers, and small business owners.

Track your outreach efforts to measure what works and help refine our approach to community engagement.

Share your insights with our team to help us better serve the unique insurance needs of our neighbors.

Deep familiarity with the local Albuquerque community and business landscape.

Strong comfort level with face-to-face networking and public speaking.

Technical proficiency in agency management systems and digital lead tracking.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
