The firm is expanding and seeking an experienced Insurance Litigation Associate Attorney to join a growing team handling sophisticated insurance matters. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator who values courtroom work client relationships and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to insurance litigation and coverage matters
- Draft pleadings motions briefs and related litigation documents with accuracy and efficiency
- Represent clients in hearings depositions mediations and other insurance litigation proceedings
- Manage an assigned caseload independently while collaborating with senior attorneys on complex or high-exposure matters
Qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved law school with an active New Jersey license in good standing (New York Bar admission a plus)
- 3+ years of litigation experience (insurance coverage experience a plus)
- Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Proficiency with legal research platforms case management systems and electronic document platforms preferred
