Insurance Litigation Associate

A highly regarded national law firm is seeking an Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate to join its Dallas office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a junior attorney to gain hands-on experience handling sophisticated insurance coverage disputes involving cybercrime, financial fraud, employee theft, and other complex commercial losses.

Attorneys in this practice regularly handle high-stakes litigation in federal courts throughout the United States and work on emerging issues impacting businesses across a variety of industries.

What You'll Do

* Assist in all phases of complex litigation from inception through resolution

* Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery

* Conduct legal research and analyze coverage-related issues

* Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation

* Review insurance policies and coverage disputes

* Work directly with partners and clients on complex matters

* Collaborate with attorneys across offices nationwide

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of litigation experience

Federal court litigation experience

Strong legal research and writing skills

Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities

Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

Strong academic credentials

Preferred, but not required:

* Experience taking and defending depositions

* Hearing experience

* Insurance coverage experience

* Professional liability or commercial litigation exposure

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $180,000-$195,000
