Salary Range: $45000.00 - $70000.00 per year

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide customized solutions.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide clear explanations of coverage options.
• Effectively communicate insurance policies, terms, and conditions.
• Proactively identify opportunities for new business within our community.
• Network and establish valued centers of influence.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Property & Casualty License required or willing to obtain.
• Proven experience in insurance sales.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Influence and negotiating skills.
• Technologically proficient.
• Must pass background check.
