A South Jersey defense firm is adding a litigator to a commercial motor vehicle practice based in Gloucester County, about twenty minutes from Cherry Hill. The work is trucking and transportation defense for carriers and insureds, handled start to finish.
You will take depositions, write and argue motions, prepare cases for trial and communicate directly with clients and adjusters, working alongside one partner rather than inside a large department.
Four to seven years of defense litigation. New Jersey admission required. Hybrid schedule with a flexible split, a 1,900-hour target, compensation set to experience, and a documented clerk-to-equity-partner track at the firm.
