Responsibilities

• Handle insurance defense cases involving trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, and liability disputes.

• Research legal issues and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.

• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.

• Develop case strategies and maintain clear communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma law license in good standing.

• Insurance defense, trucking litigation, or personal injury litigation experience.

• Strong legal research, writing, communication, and case management skills.

• Dependable, collaborative, and committed to client service.
