Where You Come In:
- Defend general-liability, auto and trucking, premises, and construction matters from pleadings through trial
- Draft dispositive motions, take and defend depositions, and manage discovery on your own files
- Strategize and report directly to carriers and business clients across the life of a claim
What Makes a Strong Candidate:
- Roughly 2–5 years of insurance-defense or civil-defense litigation experience
- Pennsylvania admission (New Jersey a bonus)
- Defense-side background, tight writing, and the independence to run a docket
