The Role

You will manage litigation files from inception through resolution, acting as a key strategist for the firm. This includes:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.

• Conducting depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

• Maintaining high-level communication with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.

• Licensed and in good standing with the Oklahoma State Bar.

• Exceptional writing skills and the ability to manage a caseload independently.
