Established Insurance Defense Law Firm to find an
Insurance Defense Attorney to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to handle a variety of litigation matters while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote work environment.

Pay: $160K Base Salary
Bonus: Paid Monthly, billable-hours-based bonus with increasing earning potential

Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from initial filing through resolution.
Handle litigation involving automobile accidents, negligence claims, and other liability disputes.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and oversee discovery.
Prepare for and participate in depositions, court appearances, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings.
Work with clients and colleagues to develop case strategies and pursue favorable outcomes.
Qualifications:
2+ years of Insurance Defense experience
Experience with No-Fault, Automobile Defense, and/or Premises Liability matters
Trial experience is a plus
Strong litigation, legal writing, and case management skills
Active New York Bar Admission required
