Insurance Defense Attorney

My client is seeking an insurance defense attorney to join their team in Minneapolis.

What you'll do:

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery
• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings and mediations, and help with trial preparation
• Report to clients and carriers on case status and strategy

What they're looking for:

• Insurance defense or personal injury defense experience
• Licensed in Minnesota
• Strong writing, research, and case management skills
