Insurance Defense Associate Attorney – Phoenix, Arizona

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Defense Associate Attorney to join one of our client firms in Phoenix, Arizona. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to grow their practice in a collaborative legal environment, with remote and hybrid flexibility available.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense cases

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses

• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies

• Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel

• Assist with settlement negotiations, mediation, and trial preparation

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance defense preferred

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

• Active Arizona Bar admission

• Strong research, writing, communication, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently

Compensation

Salary up to $130,000, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and potential bonus opportunities.
