Insurance Defense Associate (Remote)

A well-regarded regional insurance defense firm is adding associates in Arizona. This role can be fully remote within Arizona.

What you'll do:

- Defend insureds and carriers in litigation from intake through trial

- Draft pleadings, motions and discovery; take and defend depositions

- Report to clients and manage your own docket

What we're looking for:

- 2-9 years of litigation experience, insurance defense preferred

- Active Arizona bar license in good standing

- Strong writing and client communication skills

Compensation:

- $130,000 base salary

- Quarterly production bonus of 30% of billed and invoiced excess over 150 hours/month

- Total expected range $130K-$170K
