Responsibilities

• Build trust with clients and create tailored insurance quotes
• Spot cross-selling and bundling opportunities
• Help clients understand their policies and answer questions
• Process payments and update policies
• Uphold the agency's values and standards in every customer interaction.

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is a Bonus but not required to start
• Great with people: friendly, patient, and a good listener
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience
• Basic computer skills, typing, and comfort with multi-line phones
• The ability to work independently and on a team.
