Position Overview


We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist with servicing existing clients, processing policy changes, and supporting our sales team.


This role is critical to maintaining client satisfaction and retention while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

  • Service existing personal and commercial insurance accounts
  • Process endorsements, policy changes, and renewals
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client requests
  • Assist with Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
  • Follow up on underwriting requirements and documentation
  • Remarket policies when needed for better coverage or pricing
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and agency management system

Requirements

What Were Looking For

  • Active Nevada Property & Casualty License (preferred or willing to obtain)
  • Experience in insurance customer service (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
  • This role requires the ability to handle multiple client requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and speed.
