Responsibilities

• Greet clients and answer calls, emails, and questions with warmth and professionalism
• Process policy changes, renewals, and service requests accurately
• Build trusted relationships with clients and spot opportunities to better protect them
• Learn the sales process and support the team's sales efforts as you grow
• Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment

• Willingness to obtain a Texas insurance license (or already licensed)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable with basic computer software
• Eager to learn and interested in a future sales role
