Salary Range: $35000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Prospects for new business generated from referrals, networking, and lead databases.
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and personal goals.
• Independently manages accounts daily. Coordinating services, answering questions, resolving problems promptly, researching and resolving coverage issues, audit issues, and billing discrepancies.
• Reviews insurance policies and endorsements for accuracy and issue certificates of insurance requests.
• Foster relationships with customers to maintain client retention and product loyalty.

• Active Michigan Property and Casualty Insurance License
• 1+ years of demonstrated success in overall customer service and/or sales
• Insurance experience is not required, but must be willing to learn
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. AMS software is preferred but not required.
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Persuasive, professional verbal and written communication skills
