Insurance Customer Service Rep

Youre a people person who can stay patient when a customer has a question, explain things clearly, and keep several priorities moving at once. At Dalton McCarthy Agency, youll be the person customers can turn to when they need help understanding their insurance and getting things taken care of.

As our Insurance Customer Service Rep, your day will include speaking with customers about billing, making coverage recommendations, processing policy changes, answering insurance questions, and identifying additional coverage that could better protect current clients. Youll communicate by phone, email, and text, so being clear and personable matters just as much as being organized.

This agency was purchased in January 2025 after its owner spent years as the operating manager. Since then, he and the team have built a productive, reputable agency around clear expectations, open communication, and plenty of support. Youll have hands-on training, mentorship, licensing assistance, and the freedom to manage your day while working toward shared goals.

The base pay is $20-$25 per hour, with bonus opportunities. Youll also have PTO, a 401(k), tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, and a Monday-Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off. This is a full-time role, though part-time may be considered.
