Salary Range: $37440.00 - $45760.00 per year

Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for policyholders, offering friendly and efficient assistance.
Answer questions about policies, coverage, and billing with clarity and accuracy.
Help policyholders make changes to their accounts or update their information.
Address customer concerns with empathy and find satisfactory resolutions.
Work collaboratively with the agency team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
One day work from home on a weekly basis.
Must be willing to get property and casualty license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for finding solutions.
Proficiency in using computer systems and learning new software quickly.
A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
