Insurance Coverage Attorney: Fully Remote Coverage Practice Supporting Jacksonville

Our client, a well-regarded Florida insurance litigation firm, is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney with 3+ years of experience to support its Jacksonville practice. The team advises insurers on coverage questions and litigates declaratory judgment actions, bad faith claims, and complex coverage disputes involving commercial general liability, property, and professional liability policies.

This is a remote role. You will work from home with regular virtual collaboration, and occasional travel to Jacksonville or other Florida venues for hearings, mediations, or trial as needed.

What You'll Do

• Analyze policy language and prepare clear, well-reasoned coverage opinions
• Draft reservation of rights letters, declinations, and coverage position statements
• Litigate declaratory judgment and bad faith actions in state and federal court
• Draft dispositive motions and take and defend depositions
• Advise claims professionals on coverage strategy and risk

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of insurance coverage, bad faith, or insurance litigation experience
• Outstanding analytical and writing skills
• Self-motivated and highly productive in a remote environment
• Willingness to travel within Florida for key case events
