Insurance Coverage Attorney

A well-established, growing law firm is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney with 2–4+ years of insurance coverage experience, ideally focused on third-party liability coverage. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys handling sophisticated coverage matters while continuing to develop litigation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex insurance coverage issues involving third-party liability claims.
• Conduct legal research and prepare coverage opinions, memoranda, and reports.
• Represent insurance carriers in coverage litigation as needed.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents.
• Collaborate with multiple attorneys on a diverse insurance coverage practice.
• Provide strategic legal analysis and client counseling on coverage matters.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission.
• 2–4+ years of insurance coverage experience, preferably involving third-party liability matters.
• Strong litigation background with excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience representing insurance carriers is preferred.
