Insurance Coverage Attorney Opportunity in Tampa: Coverage Litigation with Hybrid Flexibility

Our client, a well-regarded Tampa Bay insurance litigation firm, is looking for an Insurance Coverage Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its team in Tampa. The firm represents insurers in coverage disputes, declaratory judgment actions, and bad faith matters in state and federal courts throughout Florida.

This is a hybrid position, giving you a balanced week of in-person time at the Tampa office and focused days working from home.

What You'll Do

• Analyze policy language and prepare coverage opinions
• Litigate declaratory judgment and bad faith actions
• Draft dispositive motions, briefs, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Advise carriers on claim handling and litigation strategy

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of insurance coverage or civil litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and client service skills
• Ability to thrive on a hybrid schedule
