Insurance Coverage Attorney: Coverage Analysis with Hybrid Flexibility in Philadelphia

Our client, a respected Center City Philadelphia firm, is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney with 3+ years of experience. The practice advises insurers and policyholders on coverage disputes, reservation-of-rights issues, and related litigation across Pennsylvania.

This is a hybrid role in Philadelphia. You will balance in-office collaboration with remote workdays while owning coverage analyses and related filings.

What You'll Do

• Analyze policies and draft coverage opinions and reservation-of-rights letters
• Litigate coverage disputes in state and federal court
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs on coverage issues
• Counsel clients on exposure, strategy, and settlement
• Coordinate with defense counsel and claim professionals as needed

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of insurance coverage or civil litigation experience
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Ability to manage complex coverage files with partner guidance
• Comfort with a hybrid schedule
