What you'll do:
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients
- Prepare and submit insurance claims accurately and timely
- Follow up on outstanding claims and denials
- Provide excellent customer service to patients regarding billing inquiries
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes throughout entire revenue cycle
Who we're looking for:
- Prior experience in medical billing and insurance coordination preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
