    Description

    Performs various tasks within the insurance team including the monitoring of insurance claims within our portfolio of loans to assure compliance with loan document and/or lender requirements; as well as meeting investor and borrower servicing expectations.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manage a portfolio of approximately 80-100 property insurance claims from beginning to completion.
    • Receive and handle incoming claim funds for deposit
    • Review of Loan Agreements, third-party reports, and other various loan documents.
    • Review all claim documents such as Statement of Loss, repair contracts, Adjuster Reports, fire reports, etc..
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships by working with borrowers, adjusters, insurance agents, Master Servicers, Lenders/Investors and other interested parties.
    • Utilize and work with vendors as needed.
    • Disburse borrower draw requests by thorough review of invoices and lien waivers in accordance with lender guidelines
    • Assist with the Newmark Disaster Recovery Reporting Process
    • Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned by management.
    • Initiates and participates in projects, system enhancement design and testing; documents procedures
    • This position will be within the Lower Gwynedd, PA office on a hybrid work schedule.

    • Strong communication skills - written and spoken
