The Insurance Compliance Analyst will support insurance compliance activities for commercial loan portfolios, including Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loans. The role focuses on reviewing insurance policies, monitoring renewals, ensuring investor guideline compliance, processing exceptions, and maintaining accurate insurance records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for insurance questions, coverage requirements, and investor guidelines.
  • \n
  • Review insurance policies, certificates, statements of values, invoices, and proof of payment for compliance.
  • \n
  • Track renewals and obtain invoices, paid receipts, and evidence of insurance within 30 days of renewal.
  • \n
  • Review loan documents, appraisals, engineering reports, seismic reports, and Phase I environmental reports to determine loan-specific insurance requirements.
  • \n
  • Process insurance waivers and exceptions with appropriate supporting documentation.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate insurance information in enterprise servicing systems and Salesforce.
  • \n
  • Prepare and submit lender reports as required.
  • \n
  • Support insurance casualty and claims-related processes.
  • \n
  • Assist the Servicing Insurance Front-End team as needed.
  • \n

Required Experience

\n
  • \n
  • Experience in commercial insurance, insurance risk, or insurance compliance.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae insurance guidelines.
  • \n
  • Experience reviewing insurance policies and commercial loan documentation.
  • \n
  • Experience with insurance renewals, coverage compliance, waivers, and exceptions.
  • \n
  • Ability to work onsite in McLean four days per week.
  • \n

Pay Range: $40

\n

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
