No prior insurance experience is required - we'll train you for success!

Salary Range: $65000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales calls and close new business
Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on quotes
Master our proven Allstate sales process (full training provided)
Provide excellent service to existing clients
Develop your personal referral network via social media, events, center of influences
Ability to obtain WA state personal lines insurance license within 2 weeks of hire date - license fees paid by agency
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Friendly, outgoing personality - enjoys working with people
Positive, goal-oriented attitude
