Salary Range: $35000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Generate new business by actively prospecting, following up on leads, and building relationships with potential clients
- Provide customized insurance solutions for all insurance needs
- Educate clients on coverage options and recommend policies that best meet their needs
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Maintain accurate records of quotes, follow-ups, and sales in our CRM systems (AgencyZoom)
- Cross-sell additional products and services to maximize customer value
- Follow up on renewals, client requests, and policy changes as needed
- Uphold the highest levels of professionalism, compliance, and customer service
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development programs
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field
- Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License required or must be obtained
- Life & Health License is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Comfortable with phone sales, client follow-up, and CRM systems
- Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, and quoting platforms)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a winning attitude
