Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by actively prospecting, following up on leads, and building relationships with potential clients
  • Provide customized insurance solutions for all insurance needs
  • Educate clients on coverage options and recommend policies that best meet their needs
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
  • Maintain accurate records of quotes, follow-ups, and sales in our CRM systems (AgencyZoom)
  • Cross-sell additional products and services to maximize customer value
  • Follow up on renewals, client requests, and policy changes as needed
  • Uphold the highest levels of professionalism, compliance, and customer service
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development programs

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field
  • Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License required or must be obtained
  • Life & Health License is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Comfortable with phone sales, client follow-up, and CRM systems
  • Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, and quoting platforms)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a winning attitude
