We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Agents. No prior licensing is required; full support through the licensing process and comprehensive training are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and develop tailored recommendations.
Present and explain a range of insurance products, including life, health, and retirement solutions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-up and service.
Manage and prioritize leads; conduct outreach and follow-up using company-provided systems (training provided).
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
Meet individual performance objectives and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
