We are a large Allstate Insurance agency seeking an experienced leader to oversee sales performance, team development, and daily operations across two locations.
This is not a desk manager position.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building teams, coaching people to higher performance, solving problems, and driving results.
Salary Range: $70000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales Team
- Coach and develop insurance producers
- Conduct weekly sales meetings
- Review sales activity and performance metrics
- Improve closing ratios and productivity
- Manage Agency Operations
- Oversee daily agency operations
- Ensure processes and procedures are followed
- Identify and implement operational improvements
- Monitor customer service standards
