Farmers Insurance District 35-04 (a President's Council District) focuses on helping agency owners grow their businesses while recruiting and mentoring new entrepreneurs who want to build and Scale their own agencies.

Role Description This position is based in Fort Worth Texas and the surrounding DFW Metro area and is focused on launching and growing a Farmers Insurance agency. When we say "growing" what we are really looking for is someone who understands that this means to SCALE a team/ Business.
This opportunity is not for everyone.
It is a challenging opportunity for proven sales leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs who have had or are having a successful career and are looking to build something for themselves.
Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building and leading a team, nurturing client relationships, and expanding the agency’s presence in the local market.
The role also involves creating and implementing marketing and community engagement initiatives to drive new business and retain existing customers.
Successful Agents collaborate closely with District 35-04 leadership to leverage all available tools, training, and mentorship to recruit and build a sustainable, high-performing agency.
