Insurance Agency Admin

Legacy Elite Investments, an agency on the Global Financial Impact (GFI) platform, is looking for an organized, dependable Insurance Agency Admin to support our growing team of licensed agents and Marketing Directors. This fully remote role is the operational backbone of our office: you'll keep schedules running and client files in order, track and process client applications, and help new agents move smoothly through licensing and onboarding so our field team can focus on serving families.

• Manage calendars and schedule client appointments, team trainings, and business partner interviews; send confirmations and reminders
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM, including lead tracking, client follow-ups, and pipeline updates
• Prepare, review, and track insurance and annuity applications, and follow up with carriers on pending cases
• Support new agent onboarding: licensing progress, carrier contracting paperwork, and training checklists
• Respond to emails, calls, and texts from clients, agents, and carriers professionally and promptly
• Prepare reports on team activity, production, and recruiting metrics for leadership
• Coordinate virtual meetings and events, including Zoom setup, attendance tracking, and follow-up communications
• Create and update documents, presentations, and templates for the team
• Keep digital files organized and handle client information confidentially and in line with compliance policies
