I've been in the insurance industry for 20 years and currently lead a team of 10. Throughout my career, I've been passionate about helping customers protect what matters most while building a team that supports one another and enjoys coming to work each day. I also love developing future leaders, and two of my current team members are preparing to become State Farm agents themselves.
Our agency believes in building relationships both inside and outside the office. We work hard, celebrate our successes, and make time to connect as a team, including getting together every other Friday evening to have fun and strengthen our relationships.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Insurance Account Representative- State Farm Agent Team Member with Josh Culotti- State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.
In this role, you’ll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. You’ll have the opportunity to develop professionally while contributing to the agency’s success. We are excited to meet driven, sales-focused candidates who are eager to grow within our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
