Insurance Account Representative (Make a Difference in People’s Lives)

Your Purpose in This Role
You will:

  • Help customers understand risks they may not see coming 
  • Guide customers toward decisions that protect their future 
  • Build trust and long-term relationships through consistent follow-through 
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand customer relationships 
  • Contribute directly to the growth of the agency 
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
  • Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer conversations 
  • Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to build relationships 
  • Work through customer hesitation and objections to move conversations forward 
  • Identify opportunities to improve protection and expand relationships

  • Active insurance license required 
  • Experience in sales, outbound calling, or customer-facing roles requiring persistence 
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and working through initial customer hesitation 
  • Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities 
  • Ability to stay organized, responsive, and consistent in a fast-paced environment
