Use a customer-focused, needs-based process to assist client's insurance needs;
Provide prompt, accurate, friendly service and utilize it as a basis for establishing and maintaining good relationship between customer s and the Agency;
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
*Requirements*
Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is preferred
Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
People-oriented, Positive personality.
Detail oriented.
Goal-oriented & self-motivated
Excellent communication skills in written, listening and speaking
Insurance Sales experience is a plus
