Our State Farm agency is looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do Build strong, lasting relationships with our customers.
Answer questions and provide outstanding customer service.
Assist customers with policy changes, updates, billing questions, and documents.
Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person.
Help customers understand their insurance coverage and options.
Follow up with customers and make sure their needs are taken care of.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Work closely with our team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the agency.
What We’re Looking For Michigan Property & Casualty license required prior to starting.
Already licensed in Michigan? Great!
Not currently licensed but willing to obtain your license? We’re interested in you!
Previous insurance or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Someone who takes pride in helping customers and being part of a team.
