What You’ll Do

• Learn the day-to-day operations of a successful State Farm agency
• Develop strong insurance, sales, and customer service skills
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Participate in sales, marketing, and business development activities
• Learn how to recruit, train, coach, and lead a team
• Work closely with an experienced State Farm Agent to understand what it takes to run your own agency
• Prepare for the licensing and development requirements needed to pursue agency ownership
