Barri Lynn Hollander’s State Farm agency is looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right insurance protection, this could be a great opportunity to grow your career.

Insurance experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train the right person who is motivated, coachable, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with customers and learn about their insurance needs
  
• Educate customers about insurance products and coverage options
  
• Recommend appropriate insurance solutions based on each customer’s needs
  
• Generate new business through lead follow-up, referrals, and customer conversations
  
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience throughout the sales process
  
• Work with the team to achieve individual and agency goals
  
• Continue developing your insurance and financial services knowledge

What We’re Looking For

• Confident communicating with customers in person and by phone
  
• Friendly, personable, and comfortable building relationships
  
• Coachable and willing to learn
  
• Organized and able to follow through
  
• Interested in developing a long-term career in insurance and financial services
  
• Currently licensed or willing and able to obtain the required insurance license

Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred, but not required.
