RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and renewals and new applications.
- Provide information on insurance products and services.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
