RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
• Provide information on insurance products and services.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Sale products aligned with customer needs.
• Cold Calling

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• 1yr or more of sales experience.
• Personable Skills.
