Insurance Account Manager

As our Insurance Account Manager, your day will include customer service, internal and external sales, and consistent follow-up with clients. Youll be part of an eight-person team that works closely together, supports one another, and keeps the drama out of the workplace. Mondays include time to catch up about the weekend, and every other Friday brings a team-building night that helps keep everyone connected.

Youll also have direct access to a leader with 20 years of insurance experience, along with coaching, hands-on training, mentorship, and tools to help you grow. The agency has been serving customers for almost 15 years and is focused on becoming their first choice for insurance.

This role offers a competitive base salary $23 - $25 per hour, with expected first year income between $60,000 - $80,000 through commission and bonus opportunities. The package includes PTO, a Monday-Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off, paid holidays, and bonus opportunities. More importantly, theres a real path forward.
