    Northeast Air Sealing (NAS) is seeking a skilled, hands-on Insulation Installer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced installer ready to take the next step in their career by leading field crews, training team members, and ensuring quality work on every job.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Install a variety of insulation types (batts, spray foam, blown-in cellulose/fiberglass) in attics, basements, walls, and floors

    • Take the lead on job sites: oversee projects, direct team members, and ensure work meets NAS standards

    • Train and mentor insulation assistants in proper techniques and safety procedures

    • Coordinate with homeowners, general contractors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule

    • Read and interpret job scope descriptions and ensure efficient, accurate completion

    • Operate and maintain tools, insulation machines, and company vehicles

    • Uphold safety standards and adhere to local building codes

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of hands-on insulation installation experience

    • Prior experience supervising or leading small crews

    • Valid drivers license and clean driving record

    • Able to lift 50 lbs, work on ladders, and operate in tight or confined spaces

    • Proficient in multiple insulation types and their applications

    • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a focus on doing quality work

    • Comfortable communicating with customers, contractors, and teammates

    Nice to Have (But Not Required)

    Well help you get certified if you dont already have these:

    • OSHA 30 Certification

    • Lead Paint Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Certification

    • DOT Medical Card

    • BPI (Building Performance Institute) Certification
