Our Job
Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES) is seeking an Instrumentation Drafting/Design Leader to lead our Instrument Drafting and Data Management capability across North America. In this role, you''ll partner with engineering, construction, and operations teams to drive instrumentation design standards, data integrity, and continuous improvement while leading a team that supports critical projects and operating facilities across the business.
The ideal candidate will be based in Wichita, Kansas, with up to 25% travel to support industrial construction projects and operating facilities across the U.S. and Canada. Travel is flexible depending on needs in the business and facilities and is largely controlled by the individual.
Our Team
As a member of the KAES Team, you must thrive in fast paced and innovative environments. This role supports all Koch Ag & Energy operating facilities throughout the US and Canada. Our facilities manufacture fertilizer, other ammonia related products and Methanol products. This centralized team supports engineering, construction and operations teams with large and small capital projects, turnaround events and sustaining operations.
