Brockton, MA | $65,000–$75,000 Annually | $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Ready to Get Out of the Truck Without Leaving the HVAC Industry?

You've spent years troubleshooting systems, solving problems, and building your expertise in the HVAC field. What if your next career move allowed you to put that knowledge to work without spending another day running service calls?

We're looking for an experienced HVAC Technician with an active Massachusetts Oil Burner Certificate who's ready for something different.

This is your opportunity to trade the truck for the classroom, enjoy a more predictable schedule, and help train the next generation of HVAC professionals.

Never taught before? That's perfectly fine! We provide paid instructor training. You bring the real-world HVAC experience, and we'll help you develop the skills to share it.

Why Make the Move?

• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days

• Paid instructor training: No previous teaching experience required

• Consistent full-time schedule: Day and evening opportunities available

• Excellent benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k)

• Free tuition for employees and eligible family members after one year

• A rewarding career: Share your knowledge and help students build successful futures in the HVAC industry

What You'll Be Doing

• Teach students the fundamentals of residential and commercial HVAC systems

• Guide students through hands-on training and practical exercises

• Share your industry knowledge, experiences, and best practices

• Mentor students as they prepare to enter the skilled trades

• Work alongside an experienced education team that will help you succeed

What We're Looking For

Two qualifications are essential:

• Active Massachusetts Oil Burner Certificate (Required)

• Understands residential and commercial HVAC systems

• Enjoys helping others learn and develop their skills

• Communicates clearly and has a patient, approachable personality

• Takes pride in their trade and wants to pass that knowledge along
