Carteret Community College is accepting applications for a Part-time GED Instructor.

The primary purpose of this position is to teach GED curriculum on campus and at various other locations.

Duties include:

• Must know how to administer and interpret the Tests of Adult Basic Education (TABE) tests results as needed.
• Must properly enroll students in their class(es) at the beginning of each semester.
• Must accurately prepare and submit attendance rosters for each particular class at the end of each month
• Will be under the supervision of the Basic Skills Director and will perform such other duties as assigned by the Director
• Perform other duties as assigned

Bachelors degree with experience in special education or education.
