Title: Instructional Technology Student Assistant

The Instructional Technology Assistant (ITA) will work directly with an assigned faculty member and support the blended and online delivery process throughout the semester. This role includes assisting with technologies such as; Webex, Canvas, and Classroom Technologies. The ITA will also be responsible for coordinating and assisting the faculty member with a Webex Flex course, a course that uses Webex in a traditional classroom setting and allows students in the course to join via Webex from their homes, offices or by coming to campus and participating in a standard face-to-face fashion. The majority of these courses are part of the Evening MBA that run Monday - Thursday from about 6:00pm to 9:30pm.

This position requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision are also crucial as the ITA will be working side-by-side with a faculty member as a support resource. In addition, this person must be a fast-thinker and comfortable working in a constantly changing environment. The ideal candidate should also be enthusiastic about technology and innovation.
