In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.
Position Overview
We are seeking highly qualified Instructional Systems Designers (ISDs) to support the development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of training and educational programs. The selected candidates will apply instructional design principles, learning theories, and evaluation methodologies to create effective training solutions that meet organizational and mission requirements.
The Instructional Systems Designers will be responsible for conducting training analyses, developing instructional materials, evaluating training effectiveness, and supporting the full instructional systems development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution that includes coursework in at least four (4) of the following five (5) areas:
Learning Theory, Psychology of Learning, or Educational Psychology
Study of learning theories as they relate to the systematic design, development, and validation of instructional materials.
Instructional Design Practices
Study of principles and techniques used in designing training programs, developing instructional design strategies and models, and improving instructional effectiveness.
Educational Evaluation
Study of techniques for evaluating instructional and educational programs, including development of written tests, performance assessments, surveys, and evaluation instruments.
Instructional Product Development
Study of methods used to develop training materials, identify learner characteristics, define objectives, apply instructional strategies, validate training products, and evaluate training effectiveness.
Computers in Education and Training
Study of the application of computer technologies in education and training, including the selection and utilization of appropriate software and learning technologies.
