- Provide guidance and support to campuses in planning and implementing Student Learning Voyages by coordinating logistics, transportation, scheduling, and operational processes that ensure equitable student access and minimize barriers to participation.
- Design and deliver professional learning that builds campus capacity to effectively plan, implement, and manage Student Learning Voyages aligned to district expectations, instructional priorities, and student safety requirements.
- Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of TEKS-aligned Student Learning Voyages by collaborating with campuses and community partners to ensure meaningful, high-quality experiential learning opportunities that extend classroom instruction.
- Develop, maintain, and support the use of program resources, planning tools, guidebooks, instructional materials, and operational documents that promote consistent implementation of Student Learning Voyages across the district.
- Coach and assist campus administrators and staff in the effective use of digital platforms, planning systems, and program data to monitor participation, manage logistics, evaluate outcomes, and improve program implementation.
- Collaborate with district departments, transportation services, procurement, risk management, and external partners to coordinate and expand high-quality Student Learning Voyages while ensuring compliance with district policies and operational requirements.
- Collect, analyze, and report program data to evaluate participation, operational effectiveness, student engagement, and program outcomes while supporting continuous improvement and grant reporting requirements. (10%)
- Support the strategic management of grant-funded resources and budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility, program sustainability, compliance with grant requirements, and alignment with district priorities.
- Provide guidance to campuses regarding Student Learning Voyage implementation, including operational planning, staffing, safety protocols, venue coordination, and logistical structures that support successful student experiences. (5%)
- Facilitate clear, consistent communication with campus leaders, district departments, community partners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective planning, collaboration, and successful implementation of Student Learning Voyages.

- Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited university in Business, Education, Computer Science, Robotics, Health & Physical Education, World Languages, or Visual & Performing Arts.
- Valid Texas Teacher Certificate with required endorsements for subject and subject level assigned preferred.
- 5+ years of directly related experience in Education or related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain data tracking systems, implementation dashboards, scheduling tools, and operational calendars to support the planning, coordination, and evaluation of Student Learning Voyages.
