Full-time, twelve-month employees receive 18 days of annual paid holidays, 15 days' vacation yearly (with increases after 5 & 10 years), and 8 hours of sick leave per month. Then take the percentage of hours worked multiplied by the percentage of months worked to get the position's FTE (e.g., a position that is 30 hours per week with a work year of 10 months: 30/40 = 0.75; 10/12 = 0.8333; 0.75 * 0.8333 = 0.625 FTE).
